The Markiz Mall offers an unparalleled retail variety combined with world￾class dining, entertainment and leisure attractions.

The Fashion Avenue, the precinct dedicated to over 15 new luxury shopping and dining experiences, positions The Markiz Mall as the fashion capital for Tehran.  

Another niche component is The Souk, an elegantly designed precinct featuring jewelery shops, accessories outlets, traditional Persian clothing brands, handicraft stores, cafés and restaurants.

ICONICA has developed the lighting design of the Markiz shopping centre façade with special attention to every detail. We only have used IP rated fixtures to ensure the longevity and safety of the lighting system. The result was a beautifully illuminated facade that added to the overall aesthetic of the building.

Saudi Basic Industries Corporation, known as SABIC, is a Saudi Arabian multinational chemical manufacturing company, and a subsidiary of the state-owned petroleum and natural gas company Saudi Aramco. It is active in petrochemicals, chemicals, industrial polymers, fertilizers, and metals. 

They created this monument in the sea after Sabic becomes so strong in the region in the trading of metal, and its location is stratigic between Bahrain and KSA.

ICONICA was commissioned to light up the Hadeed Monument in a unique and visually striking way. We achieved this by designing a lighting system that mimicked the process of melting steel for production. The end result was a mesmerizing display that truly brought the monument to life and conveyed the message of Hadeed's work in a powerful way.

Hotel RIU Dubai is located on the Deira Islands beachfront and it offers 24-hour all inclusive stays to make your holiday a unique experience. The facilities of this hotel in Dubai are sure to amaze you: entertainment areas, pools, a spa, a conference room, various themed restaurants, the Splash Water World water park... and much more!

Our scope was designing the facade lighting, landscape lighting and pools.

ICONICA created lighting design for RIU Hotel. The main purpose was to enhance the overall aesthetic of the property without disturbing the guests. To achieve this, we carefully placed the light sources and used techniques such as shielding and masking to ensure that lights would not be seen from the balconies or windows of the hotel rooms. The end result was a beautifully illuminated hotel that added to the guests' overall experience without causing any distractions or disruptions. ICONICA created lighting design for RIU Hotel. The Void is a virtual reality (VR) attraction unlike anything you have ever experienced. 

VR usually restricts you to one place for your own safety. The Void doesn’t. You can walk around and interact with your virtual surroundings in real life. Deep immersion, as they call it, allows you to hear, smell, feel and move, while plugged into a virtual reality. 

The current experience offered is called Ghostbusters. Dimension inspired by the Ghostbusters universe. You and your friends are basically Ghostbusters on a mission in New York.

ICONICA has done the lighting design of The Void, the plan was to create a futuristic atmosphere that would fully immerse the players in the experience. To achieve this, we used a combination of innovative lighting techniques and high-tech fixtures to create a vivid and dynamic lighting design that gives the impression of being transported to the future. The end result was a venue that truly felt like a glimpse into what the world of gaming might look like in the future.

Church as lifeboat the cathedral rises two levels high, the upper one includes the main church. 

The nave extends on an east-west axis, is roofed on the east with two perpendicular vaults, each 40m in diameter, intersecting in a cross-like formation. In their centre, the dome rises 40m in diameter and 39m high, lifted on four arches. A longitudinal cylindrical vault, 40m in diameter, extends westwards and roofs the nave until the cathedral door.

On the east of the nave there are three altars, each roofed with a dome. The dome above the main altar is 15m in diameter; those above the side altars are each 10m in diameter. 

The cathedral was designed to emulate Noah’s arc, reflecting a Coptic tradition of the church as a lifeboat that sails believers to the safe harbour of eternal life.

ICONICA lit up the beautiful Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria. The target was to highlight the intricate details of the facade and create a peaceful and reverent atmosphere for worship. To achieve this, we used a combination of carefully placed fixtures and a special color temperature of the lights which enhances the natural beauty of the church while evoking a sense of tranquility and devotion.

BOA Club is a 1000 capacity ultra-luxe night club in Dubai, located on one of the most famous addresses in the metropolis. Open on every Thursday and Friday, guests are treated to world-class entertainment and show-stopping performances from the world’s most talented entertainers.

A modern commercial complex that contains coorporate offices, retail stores, restaurants and coffee shops, designed in a modern way, partially opened, it has a spacious and comfortable basment parking and beautiful interior landscapes.

ICONICA created the lighting design for Pure Square. The end result was a stunning illumination of the attractive facade lighting.

When “WHITE” landed in Dubai in 2013, it acted the part. 

The most uninterrupted views of the city’s skyline and the ever-so-tall Burj Khalifa were your Mona Lisa to stare at as you danced. 

The lofty high-tech club then became home to the craziest artists and shows; a party within a party, but where the cocktails and bites were finer than wine. 

The club took Dubai by storm and the world with it. WHITE was now #1 regionally and #15 internationally, leading all that’s nightlife (and good taste).

ICONICA provided professional audio system design for WHITE Club, since then the club has become famous for its sound system. The sound is primary focus and clear.
